Really sorry, now i Know that no matter how I make a apology that can't let all of you stop be angry. but from deep of the heart , I really didn't want this situation happened.
I'm a poor girl work for my boss, I was cheated by the supplier,I trusted in him,but he lied to me, but I got the earphone like what I sent to you, because the earphone is very very very expensive for me
I never took apart of it,thought the sound quanlity is good, it would be the real oearphone which I sold, I didn't know it at all about it's unit, I checked and tested each earphone carefully before I sent it to you.
Really Really Sorry, now I have to bear all of this by myself for my mistake, I have already deleted the product link, and I know I have no ability to deal with it well, and can't make everybody feel satisfied.
But now I can only offer return full refund if you don't like it , and many thanks if you can keep this earphone, and I can refund max amount $15 as the compensation
and if there is chance you buy something from the store again, I will give you some discount.

Dear friend, Really really sorry for all of this, the dispute reason is very very important for the store, or it will be closed, in the end of each month , there is assessment, if can't pass , will be exited, can't sale all this kind products any more. The dispute reason does not affect the buyer at all. 昨晩OpenDsiputeして、理由をサニーの要望通り 個人の理由で「I no longer need the product」と 設定したところ、先程Aliから以下のメールが来た。 特にもめる事無く承諾されたっぽい。10以内に発送して 情報登録しろとさ。 返金額は全額指定で、一応返品理由に「6BAじゃなく 1DDだからいらん」と書いといた。（一部xでマスク済み）

一応紛争解決しました。返品、全額返金ってことになってます I no longer need the productアプリなんでこれ 選択して、返品するってメッセージおくったら向こうも同意したみたい ただ荷物が今日とどくんで、受け取り拒否するか 自費返品するか迷い中。相手の返品先アドレスも 紛争画面に表示されてます。どうなのかな、追跡番号送ったら、返金受理なら拒否するが 相手が受け取った後から返金だと、時間かかるんで自費で返品したほうが速いかもと 悩み事中です
