Less than 2 days ago, the aircraft involved in the #7C2216 accident (HL8088), squawked 7700 (Emergency) on a flight from Jeju to Beijing and diverted to Seoul. Since that the aircraft has flown with delays 24/7 trying to catch up the schedule.

We don't know the reason for the emergency 2 days ago, so it's impossible to tell if it's connected with todays accident in any way.
